Jacob at the front desk was super helpful when I needed to get my glasses fixed and set up an appointment. He helped me find a doctor with the proper availability and set me up with an optician

I stepped on an old pair of glasses doing yoga. I did not buy them at Hiemstra, but I had recently bought new ones there. I dropped the flattened ones off in my way to work and on my way home, the wrote to say the glasses had been restored. And they were better than new. And I am always going there because they are so accommodating and nice. And parking in the new street lane is fantastic.

My experience over the last several years has been excellent. Dr.Emily Schwengel is one of the best medial professionals I have ever encountered. Thorough and professional while listening to the patient and answering questions and addressing concerns. Highly recommend.

I loved Dr. Emily! This was my first time at this location. I've hopped optometrist offices for many years because I am super picky, but this time I'm staying! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The exam was thorough and clear explanations were given to me as they worked. She was very open and honest about pricing for contact lenses and different brands, not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Ford is very friendly. She made me feel really welcomed. She listened and even did tests that I've never had done before (chronicly ill). The receptionists are also very nice and respectful! I would gladly come back if insurance allows. 🙂
