Downtown Kalamazoo

I have been going to Hiemstra downtown for about 40 years. I love them! Jenny and Jen are so kind, helpful and courteous. Along with high professionalism. Highly recommend. We always talk and laugh.

I moved here a few years ago and had to find a new optometrist. I love Hiemstra! The staff is so lovely and they were able to fix a wrong prescription that I was given in the past. They even gave me suggestions as to where to order my contacts so they'd be a little less $$

Downtown Hiemstra has been my glasses connection for many years! Great staff who takes the extra time to make things right for you. Doesn’t get better than that!

Great and kind and helpful. Were very helpful in checking my daughter with special needs eyesight. Did a great job with my exam and perscription as well. Very helpful when my frames were broken also. I would recommend them very highly.
