I've been going here for years and have been quite pleased with the care I have received. Make sure that if you are getting a medical eye exam, such as a diabetic eye exam, that you know what your medical insurance will cover as vision insurance may not cover that.

Went in with a destroyed frame that I sat on. Got to see a tech, Mike I believe. Showed him my issue, i had a warranty so that helped. He found a frame identical to mine, installed my lenses, refit the new frame to me, and out the door I went. Couldn't have been more than 30 minutes. Forever grateful for that kind of service.

Went in today to purchase new glasses. I was greeted by everyone, they were all very nice and friendly. Becky was my optician and she was wonderful. I can't wait to get my new glasses. If you need new glasses this is the place to go.

Been going to Hiemstras for 25 years or more. It was rare that anything went wrong and they fixed it promptly if it did. I can always find a pair of glasses that I like. The staff has always been kind to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everyone was cheerful and courteous. My adult grandson, my husband, and myself were all seen in the same day, different times. Dr. Caroselli and Dr. Lana G explained everything that they were doing. They made us feel very special. I would recommend Hiemstra Optical in Paw Paw is a great place to go!
